Running Low on credits?
You can arrange an Auto Top-Up on your account to avoid ever running out of credits again.
This is an instruction for us to add credits when your balance reaches a predefine amount, and bill you. This means when you're running low we'll seamlessly add credits to your account and you don't need to do anything. You'll receive your invoice as normal.
We process these requests manually during office hours so it's always best to ensure you set the trigger level higher than your usual usage for a day or full weekend.
